Responsibilities Include:
- Lead short term ServiceNow consulting/advisory assignment on ServiceNow AI initiatives :
- Lead discovery effort to design an approach and roadmap of ITSM, CSDM, AIOPS, ITAM, HR Ops, Security & risk, Customer services including Front/middle/back office using various ServiceNow product suites
- Lead assessment of current ITSM, CSDM, AIOPS, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, CSM/FSO product implementation and setup to recommend gaps, improvement areas, best practices, continual transformation.
- As a solution consultant and architect, work as the lead Solution architect for new product implementation in Agentic AI, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM product suites
- Support presales and solutioning effort (Crafting solution content and presenting to customer) for RFP’s, proactive opportunities, as an expert in the ServiceNow platform
- Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends.
- Other Responsibilities
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation (Ex: Battle Cards)
- Conduct research to identify topics that resonate with the Customers and thereby develop solutions.
- Create solution collaterals, collaborate with delivery to create case studies.
- Contribute with offering maturation and new offering ideas.
- Leverage BFSI business case expertise to articulate ways in which the Now platform will drive competitive advantage for their business.
- Represent client in partner events.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Solution consulting/advisory & Architecture and at least 5 years of ServiceNow Product experience.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform:
- In ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, CSM/FSO modules providing technical guidance in platform development and platform- wide solutions - at least two design, architect and implementation of 2 or more from these module/solutions
- In developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform, help develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
- In holistic maturity and health assessment of ServiceNow platform - at least one such design, architect and replatforming/transforming of ServiceNow platform
- In ServiceNow Predictive & Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Agents
- Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, on the overall ServiceNow platform, with the right mix of IT and Non-IT modules
- Strong understanding of IT and business processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
- Prior experience of working on any one of the ServiceNow competitor platforms ex: BMC, Jira SM. Salesforce, Archer, Pega, etc.
- Ability to connect seamlessly with functional and technical customer SME’s
- Balanced knowledge of technology and domain
- Candidates with the following Certification & Credentials will be preferred
ServiceNow CSA
ServiceNow CIS – at least 2 CIS certifications preferred
ServiceNow ITSM – Pro/Pro Plus Suite
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework
- Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
