Role - SAP S/4HANA Solutions Lead
Location - Leesburg, VA
Job Type - Full Time Permanent
Client is looking for dynamic and experienced SAP Solutions Lead to drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA deals, including RISE with SAP (Private Edition) and GROW with SAP (Public Cloud). This role will be instrumental in shaping sales strategy, leading end-to-end solutioning, and helping customers realize value from cloud-based SAP transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutioning (Brownfield, Bluefield, and Cloud) across the sales lifecycle
- Engage with customers to understand business needs and design best-fit SAP solutions
- Drive deal closures through strong solution articulation, proposals, and executive presentations
- Develop and present compelling proposals, estimates, SOWs, and solution demos
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and customer success teams for seamless execution
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and SAP innovations
Required Skills:
- 15 years of SAP experience, including presales and large deal solutioning
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cloud, and digital transformation
- Proven experience in handling large ($100M ) deal pipelines
- Background in SAP Finance & Controlling (preferred)
- Experience in Manufacturing (Process/Chemicals) is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
