Enterprise Sales Leader – AI & Digital Transformation

About the Role
We are looking for high-impact, next-generation sales leaders who thrive in fast-evolving, AI-first environments. You will be at the forefront of helping enterprises unlock value through AI, automation, and digital transformation.
This role is ideal for consultative sellers who don’t just close deals—but shape client strategy, challenge the status quo, and drive measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for AI-led and digital transformation solutions
- Build and execute strategic account plans to win multi-million-dollar opportunities
- Engage C-level stakeholders to co-create business cases around AI adoption and ROI
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating organizational change and AI transformation
- Collaborate with internal AI, product, and delivery teams to craft high-impact solutions
- Proactively identify and pursue net-new opportunities in target markets
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in enterprise sales (SaaS, cloud, or AI solutions)
- Proven success in closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals
- Strong grasp of AI/ML, NLP, and cloud architectures (conceptual business application level)
- Expertise in consultative / outcome-based selling methodologies
- Ability to drive and manage change within client organizations
- Track record of building executive relationships and influencing decision-makers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
