Engagement Director, Salesforce
Location: Dallas, TX (onsite)
The accountability for the Engagement Director will include Salesforce program delivery, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction for Salesforce Program.
Below are key expectations:
- Lead a team of technical resources, nurturing their technical and professional growth.
- Manage program budgets and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery
- Identify areas for improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
- Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability, and actively contribute to the planning and execution of system testing
- Define the long-term approach/ plan for the Enterprise Solutions and execute the plan with quarterly and monthly KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management - building and managing client relationships at the VP, and CXO level.
- Accountable for quantified targets of Revenue growth, Order booking, Operating margin, Customer satisfaction, and Employee satisfaction
- Able to talk about Salesforce in great details both functionally as well as individual cloud technically
- Sales and demand generation/capture through rigor in regular review of Pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead the teams in generating opportunities and presenting proposals (proactive as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
- Manage and escalate (when necessary) to ensure fulfillment of resources to meet the revenue and delivery commitments.
- Delivery management through scheduled engagement reviews between Customer(s) and Delivery leaders.
Qualifications
- Experience with rapid growth in accounts and experience in global delivery model.
- Prior experience of managing a large team for more than 50 PPL and managing 5 M worth engagement in a leadership role is a must.
- Ability to present at senior levels, and executive levels and navigate the multiple layers of organization of the customer.
- Ability to manage Large Salesforce projects and functions, across multiple time zones.
- Ability to manage multi-cultural teams.
- Be based in Dallas, TX and min 4 days office
- Strong Energy/ Healthcare /Medical Industry domain background is desirable.
- Experience in Medical equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare technology solutions etc. is a plus.
- Salesforce certification in Sales/Service cloud consultant, admin and Salesforce technical architecture
