Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to identify their mobile needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Demonstrate mobile devices and explain key features and benefits.
- Promote and upsell additional products and services to improve the overall customer experience.
- Accurately process transactions using cash registers and POS systems.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Oversee team members when required, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Apply basic math skills for cash handling and inventory-related tasks.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries.
- Support the training of new staff by sharing product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or grocery environments is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged, as this enhances customer engagement.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers, POS systems, and basic math calculations.
