Role Overview:
Join our Metro by T-Mobile team with Xclusive Trading Inc. as a Sales Representative! You’ll have the chance to grow with us while providing excellent customer service that builds customer loyalty. Your focus will be on selling wireless phones, services, and accessories both in-store and within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Metro by T-Mobile phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to attract and retain customers
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain store appearance (clean, organized, inviting)
- Update marketing materials and price cards as needed
- Complete all required training courses on time
- Actively participate in meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store
- Maintain a winning attitude and consistently work toward monthly sales goals
