JOB SUMMARY:
To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in an elementary or secondary learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their potential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Education or relevant field
- Certification with Iowa Board of Educational Examiners in teaching and in appropriate subject area
- Practicing Catholic preferred
- Enthusiastic supporter of Catholic faith and schools
- In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of educational technology
- Self-motivated
- Well-organized with leadership abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Flexible, adaptive, and cooperative
