I’m partnering with a global, mission-driven organisation in the pre-hospital space that is genuinely focused on improving patient outcomes and saving lives. This is not a transactional sales role - it’s a consultative, relationship-led position working directly with EMS, fire, and law enforcement agencies to enhance training and clinical outcomes.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in re-engaging and strengthening relationships across the EMS market, helping customers adopt digital resuscitation and simulation-based training solutions.
This is a high-autonomy territory role where you’ll:
- Build long-term partnerships with EMS agencies and key stakeholders
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on real-world challenges
- Drive adoption of innovative training and resuscitation programs
- Manage a large, multi-state territory with full ownership

Package
- Base: $60,000 – $65,000
- OTE: $65,000 (uncapped, paid monthly)
- Additional benefits including car allowance
