The Sales Manager will work closely with senior leadership to develop new business opportunities, build relationships with care providers, and help expand presence across long term care networks.
Sales Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of sales strategies across long-term care and skilled nursing markets
- Identify and engage prospective clients, including care homes, operators, and regional networks
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Assist in developing and closing commercial agreements
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operational and clinical teams
- Help refine sales processes and contribute to scalable growth strategies
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
Sales Manager – Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Exposure to long-term care, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or healthcare technology
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
