Enterprise Account Manager - Retention (Hospitality Technology)
Overview
The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading hospitality technology provider to hire a Retention Specialist. This role focuses on retaining and expanding existing hotel property accounts by managing renewals, executing retention strategies, and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive long-term customer value and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage renewals and contract execution for existing customers
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
Execute retention plans for at-risk customers
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and retention metrics
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Deployment to resolve issues
Support customer business reviews and service assessments
Share customer insights to support product and go-to-market strategy
Qualifications
3 years of experience in retention, renewals, or solution sales
Proven success upselling and retaining enterprise customers
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Consultative, customer-focused approach with high emotional intelligence
CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, managed services, or technology solutions
Familiarity with multi-location or enterprise accounts
