Position Summary
The BAS Division Manager will oversee the Building Automation Systems (BAS) division with a strong focus on operational management, team leadership, and business growth. This role is accountable for division performance, client satisfaction, and the efficient delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BAS division operations, including staffing, scheduling, and financial oversight.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
- Oversee resource allocation, workload planning, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and division growth.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to BAS division staff.
- Monitor and report on division performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, project bids, and client presentations.
