Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves conducting inspections, performing audits, and utilizing various precision measuring instruments to guarantee product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and vision inspection systems for accurate measurements and assessments.
- Participate in quality audits to evaluate adherence to established quality management practices.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality control issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Calypso software for measurement analysis is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
