Wyser Innovative Products is seeking an entry-level Engineer who’s eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their engineering career who wants to see their designs turn into real parts on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and update part designs using SolidWorks
• Prepare part prints, flat patterns, and laser-ready files
• Assist with laser CNC programming and job nesting
• Work closely with production to make sure parts can be manufactured efficiently
• Help manage part data and revisions in the ERP system
• Support quoting for simple, single-part jobs
• Communicate with vendors on outsourced parts and services
• Look for ways to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency
• Follow safety guidelines and help maintain an organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic to intermediate experience with 2D/3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
• Interest in manufacturing and how parts are made
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred, but we will consider strong entry-level candidates
