Part Time Front Desk AM Weekend Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the front desk operations Saturday - Monday. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, exceptional guest service abilities, and the ability to manage a dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless guest experience, maintaining high standards of hospitality, managing daily administrative tasks and overseeing the hotel property.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
• Manage multi-line phone systems, handle reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
• Oversee guest relations to ensure a positive experience, addressing concerns promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold high standards of hospitality management, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Skills

• Experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
