DoubleTree by Hilton – Hot Springs, AR
The DoubleTree by Hilton of Hot Springs is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent for a part-time or full-time position. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional guest service in accordance with Hilton brand standards.
Position Requirements (include but are not limited to):
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends, including morning and evening shifts
- Front Desk hotel experience is required
- Experience at a Hilton-branded property is a strong plus
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and checklists to full completion
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Full compliance with Hilton brand standards
- Willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
