What you'll do As a Front Desk Attendant, you will manage room bookings in-person, online, and over the phone, while answering guest inquiries about available rooms, amenities, rates, special requests, and rewards programs. You'll greet guests upon arrival, handle check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, distribute keys, and securely record credit card information. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as you'll also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of guest account information. You'll collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for new arrivals and step in to address and resolve customer complaints as needed, ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience from start to finish.
