Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
- Assist with food handling, setup, and breakdown of banquet areas in accordance with food safety standards
- Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Support catering operations by helping with food preparation and replenishing supplies as needed
- Ensure all food service complies with health regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver seamless guest relations during events
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Culinary or banquet experience is a strong advantage, demonstrating familiarity with food presentation and service techniques
- Proven ability to provide excellent guest services and foster positive guest relations
- Experience in food handling, serving, bussing, or catering enhances your suitability for this role
