Front Desk Receptionist – Luxury Spa (Ora Sempre Spa)
Location: South Hill Mall, Puyallup, WA
Schedule: 3–5 days per week | 8-hour shifts

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and highly reliable Front Desk Receptionist to represent our brand and ensure a flawless guest experience. This role requires someone confident, quick, and skilled at managing both people and systems.
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
Manage booking and scheduling through our spa appointment software.
Process payments, handle cash, and accurately close out daily transactions.
Assist clients with in-house financing applications (CareCredit, Affirm, Klarna, etc.).
Maintain a polished reception area that reflects the luxury standards of Ora Sempre.
Communicate with estheticians and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle high-value clients with patience, speed, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Proficiency with computers and booking systems (spa/medical office experience preferred).
Previous experience in a spa, salon, or medical office front desk.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with accuracy.
Comfortable assisting clients with financing/merchant loan applications.
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
