What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Intern position at Wycliffe Golf and Country Club Homeowners Association Inc?
Position Overview:
The Marketing Department is seeking support for marketing, communications, photography and social media initiatives over the summer. This role will focus on increasing social media presence of the club, supporting website design efforts, and other marketing duties as assigned. Additionally, the intern will be responsible for attending events throughout the summer to capture photos and share with members in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage (and revamp) the Wycliffe Facebook and Instagram accounts by:
- Posting curated photos and videos from each event in a timely manner
- Monitoring and responding to member comments and messages as appropriate
- Sharing event promotions, announcements, and club highlights to keep members informed and engaged on an almost daily basis
- Manage the full photography process for various member events and other designated club content, including:
- Capturing photos at events and around the club
- Editing images and saving them to the shared drive in a clear, organized format
- Photography experience preferred but not required
- Assist with the New Member Website Project:
- Project timeline: June 2026 โ September 2026
- Supporting various tasks as needed throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with other marketing and communication efforts as assigned
- Additional duties as assigned.
Hours:
- Up to 20 hours per week
- Flexible weekly schedule based on departmental needs and employee availability
- Availability for occasional nights and weekends is preferred to cover events
- Potential to lead to increased hours and/or permanent employment
Experience:
Must be a current student in a Marketing pathway and/or recent graduate. This is an entry-level position.
Preferred Start Date: June 1, 2026 or sooner
