Procurement Buyer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our procurement team as an Entry-Level Procurement Buyer. This role supports purchasing activities by assisting with vendor communications, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, is organized, and ready to grow within a dynamic supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in sourcing suppliers and gathering quotes for goods and services.

· Create and process purchase orders in the ERP system.

· Track order status and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

· Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.

· Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating needs.

· Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.

· Help resolve issues related to deliveries, invoices, or product quality.

· Participate in cost-saving initiatives and supplier evaluations.

Qualifications:

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain principles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred Skills:

· Internship or coursework related to procurement or supply chain.

· Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software.

· Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field – preferred.

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.

Internships, co-op programs, or part-time roles in a related field are highly valued.

Pay: $80, $110,000.00 per year
