**Laborer I - Construction**
- 2 positions**
- Perform general labor activities to support heavy civil construction operations
- Assist skilled trades and equipment operators as directed
- Load, unload, move, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain orderly work areas
- Assist with concrete operations, excavation support, traffic control, and erosion
- Set up and remove temporary construction items such as barricades, fencing, and
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and jobsite procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a construction crew
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and site practices
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials
- Willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks in varying weather
- Awareness of jobsite safety hazards and commitment to safe work practices
- Dependable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing jobsite needs
