What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at SIMCO Construction, LLC?
NOW HIRING: FRAMING LABORER – SHERIDAN, WY
In a town like Sheridan, your name is everything. Ours carries weight because we’ve earned it — board by board, house by house. Contractors call us when it has to be right. That reputation wasn’t built on shortcuts, and we’re not about to start now.
We frame homes that will stand here long after we’re gone — and we build them like our name is stamped on every stud.
This isn’t a “show up and collect a check” kind of job. It’s early mornings, heavy lifting, cold days, hot days, and long pushes when the schedule demands it. It’s real work. The kind you can drive by years later and say, “I built that.”
What we care about:
- You show up on time. Every time.
- You take direction and want to learn.
- You hustle without being asked.
- You care about doing it right, not just getting it done.
- You respect the crew and the jobsite.
- You’re someone we wouldn’t mind spending 10 hours a day around.
We hire for attitude and train for skill. If you’ve got experience, great. If not, we’ll teach you — but we can't teach work ethic or integrity.
What we don’t do:
- No excuses.
- No substance issues.
- No DUIs.
- No personal chaos that follows you to the jobsite.
We keep a tight crew on purpose. Good people. Solid pay. High standards. Zero tolerance for anything that drags the team down.
If you want to learn a trade, build real skill, and be part of a crew that takes pride in their craft — reach out.
