Duties

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks
• Carry out basic construction tasks such as digging, framing, and mixing materials under supervision
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently following established protocols
• Follow safety guidelines rigorously to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Support team members by carrying out routine tasks that keep projects moving forward
• Maintain cleanliness of the worksite to promote safety and efficiency throughout the day

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members
• Basic understanding of construction sites or previous experience is a plus but not required
• Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Reliable transportation to job sites; punctuality is essential for project success

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is advantageous but not mandatory
• Familiarity with basic tools and machinery used in construction environments
• Ability to read simple plans or instructions is beneficial

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
