Position Summary
Wagner Ranch Services (WRS) is a civil site-work construction company performing a wide variety of work including road building, underground utilities, foundations, site grading, concrete and asphalt prep, septic systems, pond digging, culvert installation, streambank restoration, and reclamation. We are looking for a Laborer to support crews across all job types by performing physical work safely, efficiently, and with attention to quality.

Responsibilities
· Perform general construction labor for excavation and site-work projects (hand work, spotting, clean-up, digging, carrying, lifting, and staging materials).
· Assist with installation support for underground utilities, culverts, septic systems, and site infrastructure.
· Support grading, base prep, concrete/asphalt prep, and finish work as directed.
· Load/unload materials and tools; maintain an organized jobsite and work area.
· Help with erosion control, reclamation, and restoration activities as assigned.
· Work safely around heavy equipment and trucks; assist operators with visibility/spotting when required.
· Perform basic routine tasks such as fueling, greasing, and cleaning tools/equipment (as trained and assigned).
· Complete daily tasks with minimal supervision after training and communicate questions or issues early.
Qualifications
· Prior construction experience preferred (equipment experience is a plus).
· Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required; CDL is beneficial.
· Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing on/off equipment, and working long days when needed.
· Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather.
· Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities; opportunities to advance for the right person.
· Attention to detail; follows direction; works well with others.
Schedule
Typically Monday–Friday, approximately 40–50 hours/week, with occasional longer days and weekend work when required. Must be flexible when needed.
Pay
Pay depends on experience and will be discussed after interview.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
