Bilingual Warehouse Dispatcher

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Additional Availability: Overtime and weekend availability may be required based on operational needs.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Dispatcher to support daily warehouse and transportation operations. You are responsible for coordinating inventory movement, directing forklift operators, managing warehouse space utilization, and ensuring customer orders are processed, staged, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

You thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and can effectively coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inbound receipts, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments
• Direct forklift operators on inventory placement, pallet retrieval, and staging activities based on warehouse capacity and operational priorities
• Assign and prioritize work to warehouse personnel to ensure timely loading, unloading, and shipment processing
• Verify inventory locations, product availability, and order accuracy before releasing shipments
• Communicate loading schedules, shipping priorities, and operational updates to warehouse teams and transportation partners
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and optimize inventory placement to maximize efficiency and accessibility
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and tracking systems as required
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational challenges in a timely manner
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, drivers, customers, and carriers to ensure smooth daily operations
• Generate operational reports and maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and warehouse safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dispatching, logistics coordination, warehouse administration, or transportation experience required
• Experience working in warehouse, distribution, transportation, logistics, or 3PL environments preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and shipment coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or similar logistics software preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Additional education, certifications, or training in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or Warehouse Operations is a plus
