Project Manager/Estimator

Qualifications

WTG Terrazzo & Tile, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager/Estimator. Applicants should be diligent, initiative-taking, service oriented, organized individuals with strong communication skills. Applicants should also be willing to “get their hands dirty.” A brief overview of job duties below:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experienced in all Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with CAD, Bluebeam, Procore Preferred
• Technical training and/or commensurate experience in the construction field with an emphasis on flooring (tile, terrazzo, or stone).
• Initiative-taking and organized individual requiring minimal supervision.
• Professionally aggressive in determining and acquiring new business opportunities for the company.
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to do what it takes to “get the job done.”
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
  
  

Primary Duties

• Establishes and maintains close relationships with the construction industry, determining sales opportunities for the company, providing quotations on a timely basis.
• Plans and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that cost, schedule, and quality goals are achieved.
• Reviews project proposals or plan to determine staffing requirements, schedule, allocation of company resources, and procedures.
• Assists with directing and coordinating activities of project personnel to ensure that project progresses on schedule and within authorized budget.
• On an ongoing basis, confers with management & project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
