Job Description
Noble Electric Solutions is hiring a Commercial Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to support estimating and project execution for commercial electrical work in the Twin Cities. This is an hourly, hands-on role combining estimating with project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical estimates using Electrical Bid Manager (EBM) and Vision InfoSoft
- Perform quantity takeoffs and labor projections
- Review plans, specs, and contracts for scope and risk
- Support project scheduling, material coordination, and job cost tracking
- Assist with change order pricing and documentation
- Coordinate with field crews, vendors, and general contractors
- Ensure compliance with NEC and safety standards
Requirements
- 3–7 years of commercial electrical estimating experience
- Experience with EBM, Vision InfoSoft, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and NEC
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable in an hourly, non-exempt role
Pay & Benefits
- $39.50–$52.00/hr (approx. $82K–$108K annually)
