Primary responsibilities include scanning and filing documents to support accurate and organized recordkeeping. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned depending on the candidate’s performance and business needs. This position requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an office environment.
Responsibilities:
Scan, organize, and file physical documents accurately
Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems
Ensure documents are labeled and stored correctly
Assist with general office tasks as needed
