Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our scrap metal operations team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and are committed to safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, separate, and process scrap metal materials
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers
- Operate basic tools and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift: Monday through Saturday
- $15.00 per hour
- Guaranteed overtime available each week
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in an outdoor/industrial environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Previous labor or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
