Location: Caldwell, OH 43724

Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

We are looking for a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our team in Caldwell, OH. In this role, you will assist with machine operation, complete production documentation, label finished products, and stack materials safely while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while following company procedures.
• Complete and maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Label finished products correctly to ensure proper identification.
• Stack and organize finished materials in designated areas while following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and work instructions.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more on a regular basis throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
