What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner Janitorial Worker position at Wright On Time Custodial Services, LLC?

Previous experience is preferred. Having your own working vehicle is a requirement. Having verifiable references is a requirement.

Responsibilities will be as follows...
- Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc).
- Perform routine paper product refilling.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks.
- Notify WOTC management of ongoing deficiencies or needs.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
- Follow checklist and all health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Proven working experience in this field.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to work with a team or independently.
- Previous powerwashing or floor experience is helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
