We’re looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist who is passionate about Lean Manufacturing Principles, thrives on solving complex problems, and wants to make a visible impact on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development.

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Additional hours may be required as business needs demand.
In this exciting role, you will:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor and support teams
- Analyze production methods using Lean principles and industry benchmarks
- Lead root cause analysis using structured problem-solving (8-Step Method)
- Facilitate Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops
- Identify waste and implement sustainable process improvements
- Partner cross-functionally (Fabrication, IT, Operations, etc.) to drive solutions
- Develop visual management tools to improve shop floor transparency
- Create and refine SOPs and job instructions
- Serve as a process expert, providing training and guidance to team members
- Support multiple improvement initiatives while meeting deadlines
This role is hands-on and highly collaborative — ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor and working directly with teams to drive measurable results.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5 years of process/quality improvement experience in manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capability
- Experience leading improvement events or projects
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Physical capability to work in a manufacturing environment
