Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee residential improvement projects from start to finish
- Install and repair tile, flooring, and carpentry elements
- Complete light plumbing and electrical work
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding project scope, updates, and expectations
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tiling, flooring, carpentry, light plumbing, and light electrical work
- Ability to read and follow construction plans and drawings
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (must be able to clearly communicate with customers)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must provide professional references
- Reliable transportation and tools preferred
