What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of all maintenance operations — from machinery and conveyor systems to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure
- Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to keep equipment running flawlessly
- Lead rapid responses to equipment issues to minimize production interruptions
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of maintenance technicians and contractors
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics to align maintenance efforts with business goals
- Oversee maintenance schedules, work orders, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and safety standards to create a safe working environment
- Track and analyze KPIs to continuously boost maintenance efficiency and reliability
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial settings
- Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, and building systems
- Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while leading a dynamic team
Bonus Points For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
