- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and environmental regulations
- Partner cross-functionally to minimize production disruption
- Bachelors Engineering degree – preferably chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering.
- 10 years facilities and equipment engineering and 5 years engineering experience preferably in adhesives and/or coatings with demonstrated ability to deliver beneficial business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in polymerization, coating, or web handling processes
- Experience leading multi-year capital programs and plant modernization
- Deep knowledge of MOC, commissioning, and equipment validation
- Ability to oversee full-scope engineering design across utilities and infrastructure
