Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform testing on product to ensure quality standard of customer specifications
- Data entry of testing data and run data from production lines.
- Perform routine inspection of product on production line
- Communicate with production supervisors and or leads regarding weight issues or material defects
- Produce product labels for material and maintain data record
- Control and hold discrepant material for management review
- Produce COAs for production runs on shift.
- Prepare customer order packets for current shift and upcoming packets for oncoming shift
- Ability to meet company policy for attendance and work schedule requirements.
- Other duties assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sampling and product testing
- Experience with problem solving techniques such as ( 5 whys and or DIMAC principles) a plus, but can train
- Ability to read, write and interpret and comprehend documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, schematics, technical documents, and safety rules
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.

- Routinely Lifting, pushing, and pulling 30 lbs and over
- Standing for long periods, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs routinely and lift up to to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to stand, to walk, to perceive distance and to distinguish color.
- Ability to routinely use hand tools for maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Work in an environment with moderate noise level, wet or high humidity conditions, excessive heat, extreme cold and vibration, exposure to airborne particles and moving parts.
