Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Machine Operator- 3 positions
- Follow all safety procedures and operate production equipment safely at all times.
- Review the Control of Production (COP) daily and perform/document required quality checks according to the sampling plan.
- Verify work-in-process (WIP), packaging materials, and inventory meet production requirements.
- Set, verify, and maintain production date, shift, and lot coding on products, packaging, and production documentation.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet customer quality and visual specifications.
- Set up and monitor production equipment, including machine startup, cleaning, and operational adjustments as required.
- Ensure all bags, boxes, skids, and finished products are labeled, packaged, and palletized according to quality and customer specifications.
- Verify box counts, labels, and skid identification for accuracy and completeness.
- Complete and maintain accurate production, quality, and cleaning records for each production run.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with company standards.
- Prepare materials and work areas to support efficient shift handoffs and continuous production.
- Identify, document, communicate, and properly segregate nonconforming materials or production issues.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventive tasks to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production operations.

- Previous Manufacturing experience perferred
- Ability to calculate percentages, add, subtract, multiply, divide.[1]
- Ability to read, write and interpret and comprehend documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, schematics, technical documents and safety rules
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
- Safe Forklift operation.

- Ability to routinely use hand tools for maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Work in an environment with moderate noise level, wet or high humidity conditions, excessive heat, extreme cold and vibration, exposure to airborne particles and moving parts.
