Inventory Control Associate – Warehouse

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:40 PM (flexible based on operations)
Pay Rate: $20–$23/hr (based on experience)

Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to support daily inventory operations. This role focuses on cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and assisting with discrepancy resolution in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records in WMS
• Assist with inbound and outbound inventory verification
• Support inventory organization and location control
• Work with team members to resolve inventory issues
• Follow safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Familiar with WMS and RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred to support team communication
• Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
