Department Lead (Warehouse)

Location: Rialto, CA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:40 PM (flexible based on operations)
Pay Rate: $24–$28/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview | 岗位概述

We are seeking a hands-on Department Lead to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting team performance across assigned functions.

What You’ll Do | 工作职责

• Lead daily operations within the assigned department (outbound, inventory, or inbound)
• 负责所分配部门的日常运营（出库 / 库存 / 收货）
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks
• 确保工作准确、高效并按时完成
• Support and guide associates to meet productivity and quality goals
• 指导团队成员完成效率及质量目标
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
• 与其他部门协作解决运营问题
• Monitor workflow and adjust based on daily volume
• 根据业务量调整工作安排
• Identify and resolve operational issues or delays
• 及时发现并解决运营问题或延误
• Use WMS and scanners to manage and track operations
• 使用WMS系统及扫描设备进行管理与追踪

What We’re Looking For | 任职要求

• 2 years of warehouse experience (outbound, inventory, or inbound)
• 2年以上仓库经验（出库 / 库存 / 收货）
• Lead or team coordination experience preferred
• 有带团队经验优先
• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments preferred
• 有大批量或快节奏工作经验优先
• Familiar with WMS and warehouse processes
• 熟悉WMS系统及仓库流程
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• 细心，具备问题解决能力
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• 能在快节奏环境中合理安排工作优先级
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• 出勤稳定，有责任心
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred to support team communication
• 中英文沟通能力优先

Physical Requirements | 体力要求

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
