Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:40 PM (flexible based on operations)
Pay Rate: $22-26/hr (based on experience)
Overview
We are seeking hands-on Outbound to B Lead to support bulk outbound operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on palletized shipments, order accuracy, and coordinating large-volume outbound processes.
What You’ll Do
· Lead daily bulk outbound operations (palletizing, staging, loading)
· Ensure accurate and on-time shipment of business orders
· Coordinate dock scheduling and loading activities
· Support and guide associates to meet productivity goals
· Work with Inventory and Inbound teams to resolve issues
· Monitor workflow based on shipment volume
· Ensure compliance with safety and loading procedures
· Use WMS and shipping documents to manage outbound processes
What We’re Looking For
·Warehouse outbound experience (B2B / bulk shipments preferred)
· Experience with palletizing, loading, and dock operations
· Lead or team coordination experience preferred
· Familiar with WMS and shipping processes
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
· Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred to support team communication
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
· Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
