D.O.E. Position SummaryThe Customer Service Lead manages the full customer order lifecycle while delivering responsive, professional service. This role ensures order accuracy, timely processing, proactive communication, and cross-functional coordination to support a high-quality customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Account SupportServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, lead times, freight, and policies.Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and service concerns in a timely and professional manner.Process returns, credits, and warranty requests as needed.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining ownership through resolution.Order Management & Sales SupportEnter and verify sales orders for pricing, configurations, freight terms, and completeness.Confirm product availability, lead times, and shipping details.Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.Monitor open orders and proactively communicate status updates to customers.Maintain customer account records in CRM/ERP systems.Generate invoices and assist with billing reconciliation.Support reporting related to order activity, backorders, and sales metrics.Issue Resolution & Case CoordinationTrack and manage customer issues from initiation through final resolution.Coordinate internally to resolve product, freight, or documentation discrepancies.Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer communications.Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.Identify recurring issues and support continuous process improvement efforts. QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of customer service, order management, or related experience (manufacturing or material handling environment preferred).Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with MS Office, CRM/ERP systems and high attention to detail with accurate data entry.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with strong follow-through and accountability.Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.High school diploma or equivalent required.Bilingual Spanish is a Company DescriptionOur Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
