Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Contract (6 weeks)
Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Spanish Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR processes, effective onboarding, and compliance with labor and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a production-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and safety training tailored to food manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including certifications, training logs, and attendance.
- Support shift supervisors and line managers with employee relations, policy enforcement, and performance documentation.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with labor laws, food safety standards, and internal policies.
- Track and schedule mandatory training using the Alchemy LMS program.
- Organize employee engagement and retention initiatives for plant employees.
- Provide general HR support and administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Alchemy (LMS) software is a plus.
