The Role
You'll be originating and closing Merchant Cash Advance deals in a high-volume, high-energy office environment. Full training provided. You don't need a resume packed with experience. You need the right attitude and the willingness to be coached.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working the phones and originating MCA deals from day one
- Learning proven sales scripts, rebuttals, and closing techniques
- Building and managing a pipeline of business clients
- Hitting performance metrics in a fast-paced, competitive office
- Growing through direct mentorship from experienced industry producers

- Prior sales or call center experience is a plus, not a requirement
Compensation
- $300 weekly base draw
- 25% commission on deal payout or base, whichever is higher
- Realistic first-year range: $50K-$200K based on performance
