What You'll Do
As a Tool & Die Technician, you'll help keep our tooling and production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably by:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production dies, tooling, fixtures, and assemblies
- Diagnosing tooling issues and performing repairs to minimize downtime
- Performing preventive maintenance on tooling and tool room equipment
- Operating manual machining equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, drill presses, presses, and band saws
- Using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dial indicators
- Reading blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate, modify, and repair tooling
- Supporting die changeovers, equipment setup, and production startup activities
- Working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to improve tooling performance, safety, and reliability
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Tool & Die
- Machining
- Industrial maintenance
- Fabrication
- Welding
- Automotive manufacturing
- Stamping operations
Additional qualifications include:
- Experience operating manual machining equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, or drill presses
- Experience with die changeovers, equipment setup, troubleshooting, or preventive maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dial indicators
- Technical school, apprenticeship, or related skilled trades training is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
