12-hour shifts 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Rotating continental schedule
- 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next
- 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then rotates
- Operate a forklift and/or crane to move material throughout the plant
- Load and unload machines and move finished product
- Package and prepare material for production or shipping
- Monitor equipment and production
- Inspect parts for quality
- Complete required production paperwork
- Assist with machine setups and production
- Help maintain a safe, efficient work environment
- Forklift experience required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend and stoop
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work required shifts and schedule rotations
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
