- Work 2 days
- Off 2 days
- Work 3 days
- Then the schedule reverses the following week
What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality automotive components while working in a safe, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include
- Operate advanced laser welding equipment
- Load and unload materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
- Set up equipment for production runs and product changeovers
- Monitor equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
- Perform quality inspections using measuring devices
- Move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility
- Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with your team to meet production goals
We're looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to build a long-term career.
Qualified candidates will have
- At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or material handling experience
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read measuring devices and perform basic math
- Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Show up ready to work every day
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Take pride in producing quality work
- Work well as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and are eager to learn
- Want a stable career with opportunities to grow
