- 3rd shift (10pm-6am)
As a Group Leader, you'll help lead daily operations by
- Leading your team to achieve daily safety, quality, production, and shipping goals
- Coaching, training, and developing team members
- Conducting pre-shift meetings and communicating daily priorities
- Assigning work and balancing resources throughout the shift
- Monitoring production performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
- Supporting production by resolving issues that impact safety, quality, or productivity
- Completing production, scrap, rework, attendance, and payroll documentation
- Supporting employee performance discussions, evaluations, and development plans
- Assisting with incident investigations and promoting a strong safety culture
- Supporting the supervisor and serving as acting supervisor when needed

We're interested in leaders who have experience in manufacturing and enjoy helping others grow.
Preferred Qualifications Include
- Previous leadership, team lead, or Group Leader experience in manufacturing
- Two or more years of manufacturing or production experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience coaching, training, or developing employees
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing production needs
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- First Aid/CPR or emergency response training is a plus
