What You'll Do
Material Handler, you'll help keep our operation moving safely and efficiently by:
- Operating forklifts and overhead cranes to move steel throughout the facility
- Supplying production lines with materials while removing finished products
- Staging materials to support efficient production flow
- Loading, unloading, packaging, banding, weighing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Tracking production orders and applying accurate labels and documentation
- Supporting machine operations, setup activities, and material flow throughout the plant
- Maintaining an organized work area while following all safety and quality standards
- Working closely with teammates to keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule

What We're Looking For
Experience is helpful, but we're also interested in dependable people with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, logistics, or material handling experience
- Forklift experience or certification is preferred
- Overhead crane experience or willingness to become certified
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read production orders and follow work instructions
- Ability to identify quality issues and maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical work during scheduled shifts
- Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
