What You’ll Do
- Conduct industry, competitor, and market research to support M&A pipeline development and strategic growth initiatives
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition targets, investments, and strategic opportunities
- Perform valuation analyses including discounted cash flow (DCF), precedent transaction, and comparable company analysis
- Prepare executive presentations, investment memoranda, and recommendations for senior leadership and Board-level discussions
- Support due diligence activities, transaction execution, and project coordination across multiple workstreams
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, Operations, and business leaders to evaluate opportunities, risks, synergies, and integration considerations
- Leverage AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, Power BI, and automation solutions to improve reporting, streamline analysis, and drive continuous improvement across Corporate Development processes
- Assist with post-transaction integration planning, project management and strategic analysis as needed
- Contribute to a team culture built on collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
- Ad hoc analysis and projects in support of the CFO, and executive team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 3 years' experience in investment banking, corporate development, consulting, strategic finance, FP&A, private equity, transaction advisory, or other analytical business environments preferred
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Capital IQ, FactSet, Tableau, or AI-enabled analytics tools is a plus
