We're a busy private-practice health-care provider specializing in hearing care, serving the communities of Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to staff the front office of both our Albuquerque and Rio Rancho locations. Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Some travel between the two locations will be required. What You'll Do

• Warmly greet patients and visitors as they arrive.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously, converting calls into scheduled appointments.
• Enter and update patient information, including handling invoices and processing payments.
• Maintain strong working relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
