Join Eye Associates of New Mexico as a full-time, Patient Services Representative (PSR), responsible for scheduling, patient check-in/out, and insurance verification. You'll provide excellent patient service, assist with billing, and support clinic operations. Starting pay $15.00 per hour , depending on skills/experience

What You'll Do:
- Schedule appointments & verify insurance eligibility
- Assist patients with registration & billing inquiries
- Process referrals & prior authorizations for procedures
- Ensure smooth patient check-in/out & collect payments
- Provide outstanding patient service in person & over the phone
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a patient-first approach
- Ability to adapt to new software & workflows
- Experience in medical office preferred but not required
